Just fantastic, not floral! I live in Russia and wanted to order a surprise bouquet for my friend on Mother's Day. I wrote to the chat, they answered me promptly and helped me a lot with both the translation and the choice! To be honest, I'm a doubtful person and it was difficult for me to decide, so I also wanted to add a note with a signature. They photographed every bouquet that was available, helped me choose a beautiful note (the manager took pictures of what was there, tried on the selected note to the bouquet, and after clarifying the reason, added a photo of a special postcard for Mother's Day) and communicated with me very nicely. I am absolutely delighted and very very grateful! Half an hour later (HALF AN HOUR ONLY), the bouquet arrived at the recipient and made her very happy! Everything went just fine, thanks a lot again!

The balloons stood for a day, more than half deflated and fell. Disgusting! For reference: it was -4 on the street, the balloons were on the street for no more than 2 minutes before the car, after 5 minutes of the trip they were taken out again for another 2 minutes to the house. In total, the total time spent outside the warm room is 10 minutes. In fact, they did not last even a day, only 1 balloon out of 10 more or less retained the volume of helium, the rest were strongly deflated and almost all fell. The foil ones hold up a little better, but it feels like they have 2-3 days left at most. For example, there is a balloon from another store that was purchased on February 14 and was kept in the cold for much longer during transportation, so it still flies great, although it has lost a little in volume. I don't know about the flowers, but I definitely don't recommend buying balloons here!
