I ordered a bouquet for my mother's birthday remotely from Brest. Victoria made such an amazing bouquet that I was speechless for a moment. It turned out to be a very beautiful composition, reasonable price. Before delivery, they were sent for approval (which I really liked), they were delivered on time, actually they were just BEAUTIES, masters of their craft. Thank you very much again. I don't understand why the rating is 4.8 and not 5. I have been a regular customer for several years. My parents live in Smorgon, I'm far away. I order flowers / compositions for the New Year, on February 23, March 8 and birthdays. I communicate with the hostess. Everything is always fast /clear / very friendly. Separately, I would like to note a very client-oriented approach, a manifestation of initiative, a desire to make sure that the compositions are not repeated. Should I add wine/liqueur to the basket? They ask me what Dad likes! And so it is in everything. The procedure is as follows: I order, discuss (ideas are always from Florence), agree on the date / time of delivery, I receive a photo of the finished composition, transfer money, delivery. The last time it was delivered earlier than I paid for))) a bonus for a regular customer, so to speak))) there is one more point, which I consider a big plus and a rarity: Florence does not have a goal to do at the upper limit / go beyond the stated budget, everything is somehow humane and very adequate. The compositions stand for a long time. New Year's Eve lasted almost until February)) NG has been gone for a long time, but my mother did not raise her hand to throw it away))) I recommend Florence from the bottom of my heart
