Hello 🌻 AN EXTREME SITUATION! On the way to the train, I found out that my family couldn't buy flowers for my grandmother's birthday, there were 35 minutes left before departure... I went to the nearest flower shop nearby... The younger girl was still trying to suggest something for my request with a certain budget, and the older one just "snorted", supposedly they could collect a bouquet in half an hour and the amounts for the baskets start from a certain (considerable) amount... Already on edge and upset, I ran to the Florence bouquet workshop hoping to find something ready-made and miraculously "fit" into the planned budget... HERE I WAS MET by very nice girls who, clearly noticing my worries, offered to assemble the composition at a great price and in the shortest possible time - 7-10 minutes!!! While one girl was working with flowers, the other was giving care recommendations and calculating the cost. The result exceeded all my expectations 🤍 Dear girls, Tatiana and Anastasia, I would like to THANK you VERY MUCH for your wonderful composition, your skills, sensitivity and no approach - You really are magical Of all the nearby flower shops, I definitely recommend this particular workshop, apparently it is not for nothing that it is called the workshop))

I have no complaints about the service, but the assembly of the bouquet leaves much to be desired. A day later, some of the flowers from the bouquet turned black and crumbled. A bouquet for 145 rubles. When communicating with the manager, we received the completed scripts. After 2 hours of conversation, phrases about leaving (the girl knows how to take care of flowers for a minute), they offered to come and replace the flowers that drooped. but I don't see the point in this, since, according to them, these flowers cost only a couple of days (which is extremely strange, the same flowers stood in another store for a week). They asked for the management's number, said he had left, and we would contact him. make your own conclusion Although the insta is beautiful, I came to them specially for a bouquet, I was completely disappointed
