A fabulous place with a gorgeous view, comfortable houses with warm water and a shower, air conditioning and a refrigerator. There is a separate kitchen, a barbecue area and a gorgeous bamboo rose. There is a grocery store nearby.

We had a rest from 08/08/2025-08/16/2025 in this complex. To say that we are delighted is nothing to say! Start: 1) The human attitude of the owners of the house was important to us. Believe me, you will not lose here, you will not find a more sincere and understanding hostess in all of Abkhazia! Flora is a great person who carefully and independently monitors her entire complex. Such a reverent attitude towards every visitor. Thanks a lot. 2) Comfort: 10000 out of 10. The cabins are perfectly clean, with white ironed sheets and towels, and everything from a hair dryer to a kettle. The houses are brand new, all in concise colors that do not irritate the eye, it was very important for us. Clothes dryer in the cabins, air conditioning, everything is provided. 3) Household: there is a shared kitchen on site. Perfectly clean, with all the kitchen utensils, insanely beautiful, which is a pleasure to cook on. Two refrigerators, a toaster, a coffee maker, in a word-EVERYTHING! There is a separate laundry room, which is not unimportant. 4) Territory: swing, bamboo grove, barbecue area, evening campfire area. I want to pay special attention to the bamboo grove, believe me, nowhere will you find such a beautiful place as in this territory. It's a pity there are no photos left, but believe me, I spent all my evenings there in a hammock. Light coolness, lamp style and insanely beautiful lighting. 5) Beach: maximally secluded, sandy and pebbly, it is possible to rent a chaise longue and an umbrella. The price is ridiculous-200 rubles for the whole day. The sea is crystal clear. 6) SHOPS: nearby there is a "Magnet", a vegetable stall If they ask me, "will I come back here?" The answer is definitely "YES." I advise everyone, you definitely won't regret it.
