I have been visiting this gym for the second year. I like everything very much: the administrators are friendly, the exercise equipment is in good working order, and they often make cosmetic repairs. A very pleasant loyalty system for continuous visits or family visits. Contests are often held, according to the results of which you can win, for example, a subscription or other pleasant bonuses. I work with coach Marina Sinatrova: she is cool, funny, friendly, and of course super professional. She finds an individual approach, adjusts training to your preferences, and also trains children (including those with special needs, such as scoliosis). I recommend everyone to get acquainted with this gym and my favorite coach.

I put 5 points only for my coach, I go to boxing with Artyom Kaspersky, and with his charisma he takes out all the disadvantages of this gym. I would say this gym is for those who want to attend group martial arts classes and so on. But definitely not for those who want to work out in a standard gym, because as for me, the simulators are arranged as chaotically as possible and "on top of each other", which can have a noticeable effect on your workout due to the huge queues and the presence of only 1 sample of such a simulator. That is, just one at a time and stuck on. And as a martial arts gym, it's a good one.

The gym is small in size, of course, but I travel from the other side of the city purely for the sake of the coach. Vlad Osipov is wonderful, kind and cozy. I came to him on the advice of a friend - I do not regret it. he always listens to complaints, adjusts coaching to his personal rhythm and never drives after unnecessary results. He's always fun to be with, he motivates and instills a love for sports. and watching his coaching sessions with children is a pleasure) of course, if space and personal space are important to you, it's better to choose a larger gym. but this is by no means a stone in the garden of physical education)
