According to them, no one is to blame, the money was really the last, they recommended waiting for a refund by the bank. Nothing yet. No money, no shopping. The addendum to the review remained unchanged: the money was not returned, the product was apparently needed by someone more.

The service leaves much to be desired. When serving at the checkout, they said a promo code for the discount. That's what the cashier was ready to do, but there was another employee standing next to her, probably the manager, who said I hadn't read anything and didn't understand what promo codes were there, and grinned. Unpleasant.
