excellent hotel if you are skiing in Almaty. It is no frills but clean and well kept. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

A good hotel for those who have no pretensions to a special quality of service. Not new, but clean enough. Excellent and helpful staff. The rooms are simple but clean. The rooms are very large. Everything you need is there. There is a kitchen downstairs that can be used. There are balconies, and they all have views of the mountains and Kok Tobe! The breakfast was continental and there was plenty to eat. It is a little far from civilization, but the low cost of a taxi solves this problem. And the most important thing is an adequate price! And in the current time, it's not a bad thing anymore... We liked it quite a lot. Recommend😉👍

Great location, away from the roads and the noise of the city, fresh, mountain air. Polite staff. Good repair, beautiful interior. I would like to diversify the breakfast menu a little and hang a few clothes hooks in the bathroom, and add a couple of chairs on the balcony and cover the table with some kind of tablecloth))
