We really liked it, fresh renovation, pleasant service, good location. We stayed at this hotel in January. The room is very warm, the heating is good. But if it is very hot, then you can close the batteries, turn on the air conditioner or open the window. The bed is wide, the mattress is very comfortable - it's comfortable to sleep together. Sometimes there are problems with hot water, but this is probably a problem in Bishkek as a whole, there were nuances in another hotel with hot water too. Everything we asked for was quickly brought to us: additional hangers, pillows, a clothes steamer. We'll stop here again next time.

A great place to relax from the hustle and bustle of work. The breakfasts are top. The staff is good and adequate. The rooms are clean and tidy with TVs.

A very pleasant hotel. New, clean, tidy. The room is perfectly packed (refrigerator, work desk, all hygiene products). They clean it all the time. The staff is friendly, customer-oriented, caring. Breakfasts for 4 are a minus, but there is a restaurant with a bar at the hotel (although they are expensive).

Extremely convenient location. The center is within walking distance. Huge rooms, huge shower cabin. Wonderful breakfast in the cafe on the ground floor (not a buffet), according to the menu.

Nice clean rooms, everything is thought out and everything works. The picture is spoiled by 'little things'. We washed our hair in the morning and turned off the hot water. It's only funny in comedy. The hair has suffered so much from prolonged contact with soap that we are now treating it. They left their toothbrush, they threw it away. Because it's black, like hotel rooms. No one even offered to refund the cost. The apartment has a stove and a microwave, but there are no dishes. There are 4 of us - cups, glasses only for three. Only coffee is good for breakfast. Scrambled eggs are always cold, a little cottage cheese, pancakes, sausages, nuts. There is no baking, bread is not eaten every day. Cheated with dinner. The next check-in for 12 people was moved to another hotel.

Noise isolation is zero , the administration does not stop discos ! Especially on the 4th floor! 2-3 quiet days in two weeks ! I do not recommend this hotel with children! If you don 't want to hear music, screams, moans, etc. at night!

I've been to this hotel 2 times. The first time was 2 years ago . I really liked it. But this time we lived in an empty restaurant as residents. Customers came to us and we talked ( ordered food for large receipts ) . But without alcohol .The next day, we were told not to gather at their restaurant even though we lived there. We moved into a nearby hotel. And there, on the contrary , we were thanked for the guests .
