Я терпеть не могу спорт, но очень понравились емс тренировки. Занимает всего 20 минут, не скучно- упражнения всегда разные, занимаешься с тренером один на один- очень комфортно, не нужно носить форму- все выдают. Хожу два месяца. Кардиолог сказала что очень хорошо влияет на сердце

С удовольствием хожу на тренировки, регулярно к тренеру Елене, также была у всех тренеров! Что могу сказать- очень компетентные тренеры, вежливые, четкая запись, новое оборудование. Всегда выстроена программа тренировок. Удобно добраться и на машине, и на метро. Действенная методика со достижимыми результатами!
