Not every tourist will visit such a place, there are very few of them here, but everything is the most original that can only be found in Uzbekistan. It is the Fitchies that are the main feature of these places, taken from the Turkmen cuisine. This place is for locals, so there's no doubt they're being properly prepared here. Hot, with hot sauce, the dough is incredibly crispy. My wife, originally from Mangit, took them here to try it, and it's definitely very tasty.
