In the fall, I was looking for a service for SsangYong New Actyon 2013. There was a metallic noise. The generator was repaired twice in the official service, but the problem returned. Many assumed that the reason was the belt tensioner. I contacted the Fit Service. It is impossible to reach the service station directly — only through the call center. Instead of making an appointment for repairs, the operator talks about promotions. I arrived at the branch on a water truck. Outwardly, everything is beautiful: decoration, helmets, escort to the workshop, 6 months warranty. This caused trust. After the diagnosis, they told me to change the belt, tensioner and air conditioner compressor. Spare parts are just them, they refused to repair. I've been waiting for almost a month, and I've been without a car all this time. The prices for spare parts are higher than the market. After the repair, the belt started whistling in the morning. I came again — the old belt was put on, but the extraneous noise still remained. Recently, the metallic noise appeared again, I contacted the SsangYong service. The problem was quickly found there: the tensioner bolt was missing, it was cut off, and the rest of the thread remained in the engine. They said that the threads were torn off during installation and just left as it is. A few months later, the bolt was cut off. Now it is clear why the belt whistled after the repair. Conclusion: there is marketing and beautiful service, but the quality of repairs is not. I don't recommend it.

I have an old car and I've traveled a lot of service stations. I really liked it here. The diagnosis was done for free. However, they were not allowed inside the garage. While they were watching, I was playing PS, drinking tea, fortunately it was all there, but there were no people. Then all the results of the examination with the photo were sent to my phone. We made an estimate for the repair and cost of the parts. I went to another service station, took a ride in KarCity, checked the prices. I liked the prices of Fit service better. I'm a master builder, and I know by myself that today I can do it perfectly, and tomorrow I'll screw up the same job completely. I was lucky. We did everything well. I highly recommend it.

I was in the service by appointment on April 4, 2026, at 14:00 (for reconciliation) It was necessary to do a routine maintenance and check the knocking at the rear shock absorbers. THAT was done, the shock absorbers had to be replaced again (although it was six months ago, they were installed in their own branch on Toleb) I attach the video of how they were installed, I had to additionally check on the vibration stand in another place. The receptionist first said that this was the norm, then that it wasn't the norm, then that he hadn't noticed. Plus, they didn't give me any documents or certificates, referring to the transition to some kind of system, the payment was a transfer, and I had to beg for papers for a week. Make your own conclusions, personally I don't plan to address them anymore.
