I applied to the service station on February 4. A large amount of work was carried out: oil change, suspension maintenance, engine work. The main reason for the treatment is a leak of antifreeze. After the diagnosis, the masters stated that the cause of the leak was the heat exchanger. Removal, cleaning and installation cost me 32,000 tenge. The next day, I picked up the car — the knocks on the chassis remained, although I asked for a complete check and maintenance of the suspension. When the antifreeze was replaced, it was poured over, and when the oil was changed, it was not poured into the engine. Then I didn't focus on it, I considered it to be trifles. A week later, the antifreeze leak had not disappeared. I arrived again. As a result, a leak was detected in the thermostat area — although I initially said that there was a problem after replacing the thermostat. Then they told me that "everything is dry there." It turns out that this node was not even properly checked. In fact, 32,000 tenge for working with the heat exchanger was wasted — the leak was not eliminated. After the re-repair, I clarified whether the antifreeze was replenished and whether the air was expelled from the system. The answer was "yes." However, immediately after departure, the engine temperature arrow began to rise to its maximum. I called the service and reported overheating. The answer was: "The gasket will not burn, wait until it cools down, the air will come out by itself." I consider such recommendations unprofessional and dangerous. Due to poor operation and improper pumping of the cooling system, I almost overheated the engine. The antifreeze was also not refilled. The quality of the diagnosis and the work performed was extremely disappointing. I don't recommend it.
