I love this store very much, there are a lot of interesting things, delicious prosciutto at a good price, gravlax salmon of my own cooking, unusual and rare delicacies, a lot of fresh fish, as well as a lot of interesting things to find in the freezer. The restaurant itself seemed ordinary in terms of dishes the first time, nothing super tasty, the service was good, the staff was friendly, but the second time it was much tastier, the salmon ceviche was especially delicious, it was just a bomb, the combination is excellent, the freshest salmon, mango sauce - well, very tasty, if only for the sake of it I will come back here again. We took the most expensive Philadelphia roll (40 rubles for 8 pcs.), which contains pike caviar. They brought it from red - well, OK. We tried the roll and were horrified at how hard avocado can break teeth. And the roll itself is kind of bitter! They called the waiter over and complained, and his response was, "No one complained about the avocado today... We didn't have it on the stop list." 🌚🤦🏼♀️ I went to the kitchen to ask for redoing. I found time to visit this place, not just to go to the store, but also to eat in it. By this time, the hall had expanded and there were more seats. We ordered tuna salad with my husband. The fish is of high quality, there are no questions, they threw in some primitive greens, avocado and an ordinary tomato. There was almost no dressing (olive oil) and that was it. The taste of the dish turned out to be bland, unfinished. We asked for balsamic vinegar, but it wasn't there. There's also a problem with visual presentation, even if it's sprinkled with sesame seeds. At home, I would have made this kind of salad much more interesting and tastier without culinary skills by buying the same tuna here. I also ordered a Philadelphia roll, and I didn't even take pictures. Again, there were no questions about the fish, it was of good quality, but the fish did not fit the rice at all. But the cheese inside was so thin that it was not possible to take this roll with chopsticks. The roll itself was sliced as if the cook had cut it during an earthquake!But in defense, I liked the taste. My husband ordered grilled fish, but it was simply baked.
