If you are lucky enough to wait for a response and receive an order, consider yourself a winner. I've tried everything from fresh fish to nori. The level of products deserves a solid 4. But! It is almost impossible to contact the manager. And if possible, he will either delete the correspondence, or forget about your order, or all of it together. Until the customer service is fixed, you can order, but only if you are ready for stress and uncertainty.

My husband bought a herring, and the seller offered to take another one. He agreed. The seller pulled it out of the basin under the counter, weighed it all together. When the houses were opened, the planted one turned out to be damaged. He went to the bazaar with the check. The seller began to refuse that this was not their product and tore up the receipt. My husband took this herring to the laboratory. They gave him the money and promised to sort it out. My husband has cancer. The seller saw that the man was not quite healthy and allowed himself to deceive the elderly man. And this is not the first time they have planted damaged products. I also once had an elderly saleswoman slip me spoiled crab sticks cheaper, but I didn't take them. I have never seen such a terrible store in the entire bazaar.
