I would like to express my gratitude to the Fiorino Agency for a well-organized tour in Monaco! Everything was thought out at the highest level: transportation, accommodation, and excursions. I went on a New Year's Milan tour. It totally sucks. Long trips and short excursions. Constant extortion is an additional step. The general message is that if you don't pay another 15-20 euros, it will be even worse. We paid 20 euros for the expedited passage of the border, although there was no queue at the border - we stupidly transferred to the bus in front. On the way back, the paid bus was late - they offered to chip in for another one that was available at the time. When one driver got sick, the bus had to be shut down after 4 hours of driving. This shit was disguised as an additional excursion and the money was taken off the passengers. Some passengers did not want to pay - they were told to sit on the bus during the tour, as no one would bring them to this city for free.
