A sooo peculiar bank. They blocked my account and the funds on it after I received the transfer. Allegedly based on the fact that the funds were transferred to me by a fraudster. I have not received any explanations on the case. Communication took place in an extremely boorish manner. An employee of some department suggested that I return the transfer to the sender (!) on the phone, that is, transfer my own funds to the sender, and then maybe they would allegedly unblock the account. I suggested turning the conversation to the legal plane: to solve the problem through the courts if there are any violations of the law. Naturally, the bank had nothing to bring to court, and almost a year later (!), after demanding that the accounts be closed and the funds refunded, they returned the money. If you do not want your funds to be frozen by the bank without a trial and for no legitimate reason, I recommend that you do not contact Fincombank. Just because someone in the bank won't like it at some point. There were no legitimate reasons for the withholding, as the bank ignored my suggestion to resolve the issue through the police and the court. If there had been real fraud, there would obviously have been a police case on the subject.

Everything was done promptly, a variety of bank cards and you can issue a card urgently in 8 hours, which is very convenient and elevates this bank, as it thinks about its new customers! There is an application from the bank and various privileges, which does not please even more. Thank you and wish you more development and expansion!
