I contacted all the available channels provided by the Finstore company.: · I tried to reach you on the claimed phone number. · Wrote to messengers and chats. The result is the same — deathly silence. There are no replies to messages, and no one answers the phone. It feels like you're knocking on a closed door. It is impossible to resolve any issue. This attitude towards your own customers discourages any desire to deal with them. After digging on the Internet, it turned out the following; Proof No. 1: I'm not alone. Problems with the support service and fulfillment of obligations are confirmed by other people. There are opinions on the Internet where Finstore is directly called a "disappointment" and tech support is a "myth". Other users complain about non-fulfillment of obligations and loss of money. Some investors warn that issuer defaults are not uncommon here. There is an opinion that the company takes the position of "we are just a platform", absolving itself of responsibility for any problems.

In general, the experience and the company are interesting from an investment perspective, but there are a number of disadvantages that many will not invest large amounts of money in this platform or will pass by altogether. What exactly do I see from the disadvantages of the 6 years of the platform?: 1. There is still no development of the platform itself, not even a mobile application. The site itself is inconvenient to use. (although it slows down less than a couple of years ago). 2. There are very few "good stable companies (in my opinion)" in which I would like to invest money (invest), as well as their updatability - sometimes you have to wait months for an "interesting office". These are mostly little-known leasing companies, although it is not uncommon to find worthy representatives of the leasing market ("subsidiaries of banks" and other large leasing companies that have been operating in the market for a long time). 3. Bureaucracy. Some permits, agreements, scans, confirm income, now the status of a qualified investor, and so on - "whatever." (the item is strictly IMHO). Perhaps someone is quite satisfied with this. 4. It is advisable to use BelVEB Bank to work with the platform. Now money withdrawals take place very quickly during the working day, previously they could take several days. Therefore, there is only progress in this regard. But I don't like having to work with a specific bank. To summarize, the total of any event is an idea and its implementation. I consider Finstore to be a good, but poorly advertised or sold product, otherwise I don't understand why companies in the Belarusian market that are highly rated and more financially interesting from a financial point of view cannot be attracted to issue tokens (bonds), perhaps this is due to internal bureaucracy, commissions, or the need to work only with a specific bank. Therefore, I wish the platform further development, preferably at an accelerated pace. Dear investors, do not blame the platform for the fact that someone did not return your money. You yourself should make every effort to understand who you are contacting and what are the chances of repayment of obligations on the part of the organization that issued the tokens (or in simple words, the company that borrows money from you), there are more than enough tools for this. If you don't know how to invest and don't want to understand it, invest your money in bank deposits.
