Last week, I went to Fielinn Optics at 58a Independence Street. I liked the frame, and I asked to calculate the cost — it turned out to be 411 rubles. For me, as a pensioner, it's quite expensive, so I've been thinking about it for a while. However, none of the consultants suggested that there is a 15% discount for pensioners on Mondays. This raises the question: why didn't the staff, seeing that I liked the frame but was embarrassed by the price, inform me about this possibility? I also asked if there was a similar frame in the store at Zhilunovich 15, as it was closer to me. In response, I was told that it would take a long time to search. In addition, I asked for my glasses to be cleaned — my husband and I had three pairs. Ultrasonic cleaning is indicated on the website, but in fact the glasses were simply sprayed with the product and wiped with a napkin. The cogs were also not tightened. Here is such a service in the center of Minsk.

Many thanks for the patience of the specialist who helped with the selection of the frame, because when choosing it, I think I tried on all possible options in this store. Veronika Antonovna told me everything and showed me. She advised me what is better to choose for my recipe. As a result, despite the rather thick lenses, the glasses look very cool! And the price is nice.

I purchased an expensive accessory in the form of eyeglass frames worth more than 400 byn at the salon on Independence 58a. Soon, there was a need to visit the salon in order to correct the fit of the glasses, because he experienced discomfort when wearing them. A specialist in the person of a consultant performed some manipulations and returned the frame, but with a scratch on the frame coating. To my objection that the damage was caused during the correction of the rim with a tool (metal forceps), the specialist replied that it was all untrue and in general I would not prove anything. There was no constructive conversation on the spot, and the salon management was not given the opportunity to discuss the incident, so I had to leave a comment in the book of complaints and suggestions. I would like to note that during the entire time I was waiting for an official response from the store's position, no one contacted me or asked about the merits of the complaint. However, the response to the appeal came in the form of a letter, where it was suggested to visit this salon in order to inspect the damage. Imagine my surprise when a specialist with whom I had already had a conflict answered the number that was listed as a contact. The specialist suggested that I drive up and leave the frame, which in turn will be examined somewhere in an unnamed place without me. I suppose the arguments in favor of the fact that a person with vision correction DOES NOT HAVE the OPPORTUNITY TO LEAVE GLASSES FOR a WEEK just for someone to look at them did not convince either the store management or a specialist, so I have to admit the disgusting attitude of the store management to their customers in the first place! Regardless of how the salon is set up to resolve the issue - positively or not, there should always be feedback, not just in the form of a dry reply "we are very sorry, we hope that you will bring us more money," but it is necessary to find out elementary at least by phone what happened and offer NORMAL, REAL solutions taking into account the current situation!
