But a year later, a small internal crack appeared on one lens-the glasses were still under warranty. I went to the store and the glasses were taken away and sent for examination. The examination and the store proved to me that I had damaged the glasses mechanically with a hard and sharp object. The guaranteed exchange was, of course, refused. Although I only use glasses when driving a car. They're in the car in a hard case. My glasses didn't fall off, they didn't hit, and no children played with them. The store's staff is very unprofessional, and they are not customer-oriented at all. I do not recommend the store.
