Very good optics! I went to many places in the city, but I stopped at this one, I really liked the frames and service! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I ordered glasses, when they arrived, I didn't really like the look of the end of the lens itself, it was matte and white, combined with a black frame, it didn't look very good in my opinion. The glasses were taken away and the butt was polished. I am very grateful for this, it looks great now!

I went to the optician to check my eyesight and pick up contact lenses. Upon entering, the employee immediately asked if I would order lenses from them. If not, the check is paid (39 rubles). I replied that I would order it. During the initial examination, the consultant, having heard my vision parameters, quietly checked the database for the presence of such lenses. There were no lenses. After that, she called the doctor and whispered something. The doctor refused to perform an eye check without explanation and referred me to another optician. The result: wasted time, spoiled mood, and a direct violation of ethics. Instead of honestly saying from the very beginning that they didn't have the right lenses, I was first required to promise a purchase, and then just kicked out the door. An atmosphere of unprofessionalism and secrecy. I don't recommend it if you value your time and respect.

They sold the lenses and didn't warn me that the model has a single size that doesn't match what I have in the recipe. When contacting the store with this problem, the seller communicated passively and aggressively. The only thing they offered was to specify the radius of curvature for free, but it makes sense if I already know it from the recipe. Please be more involved and voice the product features that may confuse you when buying, and admit your mistakes, of course.
