When we refused the massage and sex services the manager of the spa salon named Murat (not his real name, middle name Mehmet) refused to return our money explaining that he needs to pay salaries to girls from Africa, Indonesia, Uzbekistan and Morocco. But the girls in the room told us that they offer sex services because Murat does not pay them salaries and they are forced to earn money this way. A disgusting place. We wanted to complain to the embassy, but they promised to compensate us for everything with a free taxi to the airport and fed us lunch. But this place should not exist. Where are the owners of the hotel looking???

The hotel is great.The breakfast is very satisfying due to the variety. I took everything a little at a time and ended up gorging myself until afternoon tea. There is everything. They write that they cook the same thing, but not like that. The bulk of the dishes are really the same, but the number of hot dishes varies. The staff is very friendly and decent. I want to cancel that we arrived at 9 a.m. instead of 14, because that's how the plane arrived. And despite this, we were settled, or we could have been asked to wait. For which I thank them very much. Leila cleans the rooms regularly, we had daily cleaning. The room had: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, liquid soap, shower cap, cotton swabs and discs.There is also a sewing kit and a shoe sponge in the room. There is also a refrigerator, kettle, tea, sugar and coffee in the room, water is brought once a day. If you need more, we asked at the reception. It didn't seem stuffy to me in the room, it was quite comfortable. The beds are also comfortable. Clean, pleasant scent from the linen and in the room. In addition to the veranda for breakfast, the hotel has a floor with a spa and a bar. There is a coffee machine and a water cooler near the reception. The interior is very pleasant. I was initially confused by the location of the hotel, but it's actually very good. There is a metro to the airport and a tram to the center. Thanks to this, we did not use taxi services at all, all on public transport. I don't know who gives 4 stars, I'd give 5+. Well done guys. Thank you for a good rest.
