The hotel is 4 stars. I would put 5 for the quality of service and staff work. The reception staff is always very responsive and courteous, they understand Russian. Among the staff there are, among others, our compatriots. I really liked the food. Not Prague, of course, but still. Walking distance to the sea, all beaches are free. Of the minuses, the rooms are so-so. Our room had a terrible ironing board and an iron killed with shorted wires. Worse than in cheap Russian hotels. I didn't like the beds and interiors either. I would put no more than a C plus for the arrangement. Strong audibility. So the good things here are mainly food and staff work.

Level 7 Local Expert

This is our favorite hotel in Lloret de Mar. We have been staying here for 8 years. We do not take meals, only breakfasts- so-so🙄 I am satisfied with the cost and location. The staff is friendly, cleanliness is on the level, there is a swimming pool and a bar. I can't wait for the borders to open🙏
