They are rude and yelling on the phone! They told me when I called: give the courier a copy of your passport and SHOW proof of payment. I go to the bank with a courier.the application shows proof of payment. No, it should be printed, they say. I'm showing you an SMS: SHOW proof of payment. If they had told me to print it, I would have printed it! The courier eventually runs away with the passport!!! I had to call the police. And we have paid for this prime service! What needs to happen for the employees of this company to realize that something is wrong with them! If you have to call the police to get their premium service! The Georgian police have great respect, real professionals.
