A great option for a holiday in Sukhum! The hosts are very hospitable, they settled in quickly, showed and told everything. The room is clean, there is everything you need: air conditioning, refrigerator, TV. It is a 15—minute walk to the sea, close to shops and cafes. There is a barbecue and a recreation area in the courtyard, very cozy. Wi‑Fi is good, cleaning is regular. I was very satisfied, I recommend it!

Thank you so much for your hospitality! ❤️ I really liked the well-maintained territory, clean houses with everything you need, comfortable beds, slept like at home) clean pool, kitchen with dishes, barbecue area. The sea is only 15 minutes away and shops and cafes are not far away! I already want to go back!

Excellent eco-hotel in Sukhum! Excellent location, helpful staff, spacious new houses, not worn, regular and thorough cleaning. The territory is green, fresh, and I was pleased with the clean, cool pool. I highly recommend it, we will come back again!
