I went to Bialystok in September. It took a couple of minutes to buy the ticket, and the girl at the office explained all the details of the route. The bus arrived exactly at the appointed time, the driver was attentive and helped with the luggage. It was comfortable on the road - Wi-Fi was working, air conditioning, and the chairs were soft. We arrived even a little earlier than expected. Great impression!

As soon as we left the train station, we were just in shock, everything was shaking, everything was rattling. In order to talk to a friend, you had to speak loudly. Please tell me how this miracle of technology can run on international transportation. The bus, if you can call it a miracle of technology, is equipped with elementary ventilation in the cabin. There were 18 of us, and it was the most terrifying 3 hours of driving. It was impossible to stay and breathe in the cabin. We live in the 21st century and all buses have air conditioners, but these technologies have not reached you yet. There are no questions about the drivers, they passed the border quickly, made a sanitary stop in Bialystok, showed where they could buy water for the road. We came over to ask why we were driving such a miracle of technology, the drivers replied, they told us to drive this one, we were going, they would give us another one, we would drive another one. Upon arrival back in Belarus, I will go to the transport inspectorate and ask them such questions as how they allow such a miracle of technology to travel on international flights in which there is simply no luggage compartment, air conditioners. Thank you very much for a very good start to my vacation.....

I ordered a flight from Grodno to Bialystok via busfor: the carrier transagency favorite, Gaya express arrived🤣 for 1 night this bus: did I check in advance at the specified number on the ticket how should the bus go directly to Bialystok? - they answered: yes. As a result, when boarding, I find out that we are going to Warsaw, and then to Bialystok! I consider this piggishness and incompetence! How is it that the company cannot give correct information on the specified numbers??? In Poland, I would have filed such a complaint that I would have been compensated for moral damage, which I do not expect in Belarus! The situation with the border is difficult now, but I no longer use the services of this company! Scam and savage incompetence😡
