Unfortunately, my experience with Fast Cook delivery has been disappointing. The quality of the products is certainly excellent — the food is delicious and fresh, but this, alas, is the only positive thing I can mention. The problems started with the delivery. Couriers changed the terms of payment on the go and canceled the order if I did not agree. When assembling the orders, the order was mixed up and the wrong product was delivered to me at a lower cost. After numerous attempts to reach the manager, I heard: "We can't control everything, and it happens." Seriously? As compensation, I was offered points for mistakenly delivered goods, but in fact, no action was taken. Complete disregard on the part of the company and only beautiful words. I hope that Fast Cook will take these shortcomings into account and improve the quality of its service, otherwise it risks losing customers.
