06/26/2026, that is, today, we visited this burger joint, hoping to try the most delicious burgers in Yerevan, however, to our disappointment, the burgers were burnt, which greatly affected the taste of the burger, adding unpleasant, unnecessary bitterness to it, but this is still the tip of the iceberg.. I really love milkshakes and often order them in different places, I understand and know what a milkshake should be, especially when it is not so cheap. This place has the worst strawberry milkshake I've ever tasted. You'll say I'm just picking on you, but that's not true. I asked the waiter to replace my drink, as it was simply absurd to give money for milk diluted with cheap mashed potatoes, in which there was not even a hint of strawberries, by this point, about 85-90% of the whole drink remained from milkshake. The most polite waiter (apparently, the only one in this establishment who knows how to work) offered to replace the drink absolutely without any arguments and finding out who is right and who is wrong. I agreed with confidence that the drink that was taken away would not be included in my bill. I was wrong. The young man (the waiter) brought out the bill, explaining that he had failed to remove this misunderstanding, but he could call the manager to solve the problem, this is where the most absurd thing begins. A woman comes who looks adequate and smiling, I explain the problem to her, and instead of a constructive dialogue, an argument begins. I've never had to argue with managers before, this is the first time I've seen this. The woman starts to prove to me that I'm wrong, that the drink isn't tainted and there's no fly floating in it, so they can't replace it and generally don't do that anywhere. But this is a low-quality drink, it's just a mess with the taste of something that costs 2500AMD and which I practically did not drink. Then the circus begins, the woman doesn't stop proving me wrong, that she TRIED this milkshake and that everything is fine with it. That my personal preferences have no force in such situations, which is partly true, but this drink was taken away, tasted, it wasn't even a quarter drunk and was frankly terrible. I'm voicing all this, and then the manager changes his shoes and says, "No, I didn't try it, the bartender made the same for me, trying to make me look like an idiot." Yes, I expected a different approach from the management. This is by no means consumer terrorism, when a guest is right just because he is a guest (although it should be so), it just happens too and you need to be able to work with it too. moreover, this is Novikov's restaurant, which has a lot of nuances regarding the service. Where the service is, it is an important part of the atmosphere and the restaurant itself. It was a huge disappointment and the first such experience in my life. I don't like to argue or make such scenes, I rarely deal with such situations, and I hardly write reviews. But it's a horror. The drink was terrible, and so was the manager. there are so many options for how to respond to a guest in this situation, and instead of words, I get a meaningless argument, which ends with the girl arrogantly saying that she will treat me personally with this milkshake. Summing up, I want to say that the waiters did an excellent job, and the manager should learn to control himself.

Unfortunately russian chain restaurants are very behind. I always try basic bacon cheddar burger, and it was the most basic burger, it was not bad, just very average. Fries are ok, the sauces are not special and cost 800 drams!!! Coke costs 700, and yes everything is extremely overpriced. The interior is cheap and uncomfortable. Service was fine. Overall, I would not recommend it since there are so many more better burger joints and much cheaper.
