This is terrible! The teenage girl was taken to a completely different street, through garages to a name that does not exist in the city at all! The dispatcher was rude and did not solve the problem! Zelinsky and Zelinogradskaya are not at all at the address. I don't recommend it to anyone. Unprofessional and inadequate. And they claimed 750 rubles from the lamp for 1.2 km. The horror!

Realizing that it is difficult to call a taxi to our village at 4 a.m. (fees in the center of Makeyevka at 4.15-4.25), I decided to book a taxi in advance. The day before, on the evening of August 8, I called this ill-fated taxi service and asked if they provide such services (booking a car in the morning from the evening) and they answered that they NATURALLY do! They clarified the time of car pickup (4 a.m.), asked me with a passion who would go and where, the age of the child, the number of bags / suitcases, in general, they did not ask only about the tests! After communicating with the dispatcher, I received a text message saying that Cherry's car was assigned to us, which would arrive at the specified time and the estimated price of the trip! At 3:50 a.m. on August 9, my child and I were already packed up and waiting for the car that this service had promised us, but at 4:01 a.m. I received a text message that my order had been canceled because there were no cars in our area. I called the service with indignation that they were disrupting the child's trip and how to get to the city center now, to which I was coolly told that the car was being called 10 minutes before the trip! Comrades, this is BULLYING! What the hell, I called the service at 8 p.m. on August 8 and booked a car in advance?! Probably because I assumed that it would be very difficult to call a taxi to the village at 4:00. Why promise and just throw at the last moment, putting people in a desperate situation?????? I've never seen a more mediocre taxi service! Residents of the cityMakeyevka, do not rely on this taxi service in any way, so as not to get into the situation I found myself in today! P.S. I want to take this opportunity and thank those people (two men and a woman) who not only gave us a ride with the child, but violated their plans (went to Uspenka) They took us to the theater and helped us with a suitcase.️ They were complete strangers who saw that my child and I were standing at a bus stop with a suitcase and a bag in a completely deserted village. The world is not without kind people!
