Good afternoon! I want to leave my feedback about this place (I usually do this in exceptional cases). Let's start with the master I got to: Evelina. A very sensitive master, attentive to his visitor. During the procedures, he explains everything and talks about each step, which is very pleasant, as it becomes clear what we are working with and what we are doing. We are always in touch (via chat with the administrator, you can always find out certain points and get an answer to any question). I did not lose the choice of the master. I am also confident in the professionalism of the other masters. The service is at a very decent level, the staff is very polite, they always offer drinks for the waiting period (even if you are in the waiting role and did not come to the procedure). The location is convenient, it is not difficult to find. This is the first time I've been to a place where I really want to go back, even if it's not necessary. Thank you for such a job! I visited Maria's specialist on June 23, and now it's been a little over a month, and you can write a review. I complained about closed comedones on my forehead, but overall I had a fairly mild degree of problem. The studio is beautiful. The cosmetologist was really very polite, but the answers to some questions were confusing. It seems to me that at the care analysis consultations, they work according to the same scheme, they do not try to deal with each skin individually. I got reactive rashes on cosmetics, which was recommended by a cosmetologist, although I introduced everything quite gradually. They recommend a lot of remedies, but for my skin, it just turned out to be too much at a time, so the skin barrier collapses and excess sebum is produced. As a result, with a decrease in the intensity of care (plus the return of some products that the cosmetologist said to categorically remove), the skin condition improved. For 70 rubles, or how much the consultation costs, I expected a more individual approach that would be effective, rather than a general scheme with a piece of paper that the cosmetologist filled out by hand for 30 minutes; and nothing useful happened at that time. I'm attaching a photo of a piece of paper, the lack of a computer and printer is amazing.

Think twice before visiting! I was very impressed by the demonstration of experts' expertise on social networks (before/after videos, care recommendations, etc.). I read a lot of rave reviews and went to the reception with full confidence in the right choice. Irina was very friendly and really answered all the questions. But! After listening to a specialist, I bought a number of products that supposedly "fit my problem skin." At the same time, I did not think to read the reviews on them before. But why, if there is an expert opinion that cannot be mistaken in such things. As a result, the skin was sprinkled twice as much, even in places where there had never been any problems. Of course, everyone has a different reaction to any product, but to recommend cosmetics with a rating of 3 ... it's strong! Every second person in the reviews has the same skin reaction as me. That's why I'm 100% sure it's not about the specifics. I'm extremely disappointed, I've ruined my skin even more. Money and time are wasted. It's a pity!
