Everything is great, we rented bikes for a walk for the Big Almaty Lake for 3 hours. The rental is conveniently located right before the start of the road to BAO, we were given a short briefing, given equipment and guided along the route. Definitely the best option for visiting BAO and outdoor activities.

Overall it's not bad, but some bikes are in terrible condition, everything is constantly cracking, the chain is not tightened, there is another rental nearby that looks like it has good bikes
