The family stayed at the hotel from March 25, 2026 for 8 days. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are large, and the views from the windows are such that you don't want to leave the room. The room service is perfect, slippers, bathrobes, towels, toilet accessories - everything was changed and added. The kettle in the room was constantly used, although there was breakfast, dinner and a lounge. But sometimes I just wanted to sit in the room. We added a bed for the third person twice. We were very satisfied with the sleeping place and the speed of service, we put the laundry in the laundry, and literally two hours later everything was clean. The hotel's security system is working at 5-plus. The staff is polite, helpful, attentive. We visited the fitness room, swimming pool, sauna, and hammam almost daily. We were satisfied with everything. They knew about the purchase of caps at the pool in advance and were ready for it. We splashed and washed up in the hammam with great pleasure. The breakfasts are great. We couldn't taste everything, for every taste. I read one review that there is not enough food for breakfast. Maybe this visitor didn't go through all the halls with food? We've had more than enough. Lunch or dinner, one serving per person consists of three dishes to choose from. Three courses would be enough for two of us. But we lived for a long time, and by the end we got tired of eating the same thing. Next time, we'll only take breakfast. And the lounge on the 34th floor helped to relax with a glass of wine, alcohol or juice and see the extraordinary views of Istanbul from the 34th floor. The young people went to the brasserie next to the hotel. They liked it. Taxis stream up to the hotel entrance, we also took a taxi and hubert to go to Fatih. 30 minutes by taxi. Of course, it's far from the main attractions of Istanbul, but that didn't bother us. The lobby of the hotel was constantly decorated with new thematic exhibitions. It's nice to sit down in the upholstered sofas and armchairs and admire the space. Check-in at the reception is quick and clear. Many thanks to all the reception staff, thanks to the staff of the dining halls, the waiters who actively brought dishes and helped with the selection. It's a pity we didn't ask for their names. Thanks everyone. We discussed the accommodation conditions in advance with the hotel manager. He was very kind and fulfilled all our requests and wishes. His name is Fatih. We will be happy to return to the Hilton Hotel again.
