I recently made a purchase at the Evrika hardware store. Overall, the store left a mixed impression. The range of equipment is quite large: you can find smartphones, household appliances and electronics for any budget. Prices are often lower than in some other chains, which is a big plus.

The service is disgusting. I ordered a laptop, it says "pickup today". They call me, they say that they won't be able to pick me up "today". I say, deliver tomorrow then yourself, I specify the address and negotiate the terms, the next day they call me and say that I am out of town and there is no delivery that day. What a carousel of nonsense, disgusting service.
