I LOVE the atmosphere and the staff. They are so sweet. They always greet me with smile and when I'm leaving, they say their goodbyes and ask to come back again. Service is fast too. But I wish they added fanta to their menu since mirinda tastes like crap.

😡 Крайне разочарован обслуживанием в данном заведении. ⏳ Заказ одного хот-дога готовили около 30 минут, хотя на кассе уверенно сказали, что ожидание составит всего 3–5 минут. 🌭 Во время приготовления сотрудники даже не смогли правильно собрать заказ, вместо двух сосисок положили одну. Потом пришлось всё переделывать, из-за чего ожидание стало ещё дольше. 🗣️ Пока ждал, наблюдал за работой персонала. Сотрудники постоянно обсуждают личные дела, отвлекаются друг на друга и ходят по залу без дела, вместо того чтобы заниматься заказами клиентов. 🤷‍♂️ Самое интересное: после меня пришёл мужчина и заказал сразу 4 лаваша. Он сказал, что торопится, и ему всё сделали быстрее, чем мой небольшой заказ. Как так получается? Где очередь и справедливое обслуживание? ❗ Руководству стоит обратить внимание на дисциплину сотрудников и организацию работы. Складывается впечатление, что часть персонала просто находится на работе, а не работает. 👎 Очень неприятный опыт. Надеюсь, руководство примет меры и наведёт порядок.

In my opinion, this is the very first of all EVOS branches. It's always delicious and quick to cook here. There are always a lot of people and it seems to me they don't have time to clean. If I take it here, it's only for takeaway. The bill is usually 60 thousand per person, parking is available.

I really like EVOS! The food is always fresh, delicious and hot, the service is fast and courteous. I especially love their potatoes and sauces — always on the same level. The place is clean and cozy, orders arrive quickly even during rush hours. A great place to have a snack with the whole family or take food with you. It's been a while since I've been here. I was pleasantly surprised by the spoon for coffee and sauce. This is something that is missing from many other fast food outlets. The lavash is always moved and the meat is overcooked, the street is a mess, I came in and took the takeaway and in a couple of minutes my car was scratched. I haven't set foot there since. Oh yes, I ordered delivery a couple of times - 600 meters were delivered in an hour and a half.
