I used the company's services twice. The first time was during the acceptance of the apartment, the second time was during the selection of a house for purchase. Both times I was very satisfied with the level of service. The second time, I invited another receptionist (I looked it up on the Internet) in order to compare the results. Observing the process and the thoroughness of Alexander's work from Evo Land, I had no doubts. Everything from the fence to the roof was thoroughly checked. The house is finished, but Alexander checked both the tiles and the plaster and found shrinkage cracks that were not visible, pointed out the risks with the laminate. The apartment was accepted at Slonim by specialist Alexander a year ago. I am very pleased that the professionals were invited. Everything was fixed/ noted/ recorded, the reasons for some defects were explained, how to fix them, and what exactly to require from the developer. They gave me some repair tips and suggested how to do it. There was no representative of the developer at the reception itself, so when I talked to him personally a couple of days later about the comments act and we had a misunderstanding and a dispute, I called Alexander and he started negotiations with the foreman without any problems or objections.
