Customer Satisfaction Is Zero The washing machine we bought has been defective since the first day. The machine was turning on and off by itself, not switching between programs, and leaking water from its rear part. Dec. Although we reported the situation many times with videos and messages, instead of creating solutions, we encountered an extremely indifferent and disrespectful attitude. Moreover, in the messages they sent, they used expressions that belittled the customer, such as “If you have money, go get zero”. They then tried to delete these messages from both sides. I didn't go down to their level and respond in the same way, but I don't think such an approach is acceptable either. They said they would replace the machine in exchange for me removing my Google comment. The fact that they asked me to remove my comment without bringing in the new machine and giving me confidence that the problem will actually be solved is also thought-provoking. As a customer, it is my most natural right to share the victimization I have experienced. Unfortunately, my experience with after-sales support, communication and customer satisfaction has been completely disappointing. The fact that they focus on removing comments instead of solving problems sums it all up. If necessary, I will seek my right by legal means.
