I am extremely disappointed to visit this dentist. The level of service leaves much to be desired, especially considering that the prices are comparable to good private clinics. The receptionist did not say hello and did not show basic politeness. The overall impression is a complete lack of customer service, as if the service is being provided "as a favor." The doctor also communicated without interest or professional ethics. When there is no care and respect for the patient, trust immediately disappears. The room is cramped, the chairs are close together, which adds to the discomfort. As a result, I refused treatment and went to another clinic, where I received a completely different level of service and quality. Management should pay attention to the staff and standards of communication with patients. Unfortunately, there was an extremely unpleasant aftertaste.
