A small, well-located hotel with cozy rooms and distinctive ambience. A place one really enjoys not just staying but spending time at. Very client-oriented staff. To me, there's no better place to stay in Gyumri.

A small, cozy hotel with an ideal location and friendly hosts. The spacious balconies overlook the central pedestrian street, there are heaters on the balcony, you can sit at a table in any weather, drink wine and admire the leisurely flow of the street from above. An absolutely quiet place, even at night. You can park the car in the courtyard (check-in from the back of the house). There is an entrance to the hotel from both the street and the courtyard. Nearby, within a 2-minute walk, there is a deli, Ijevan wine brand store and VTB Armenia ATM (although during our 2-day stay we never managed to withdraw any drams from it - the ATM was banally empty). Beautiful interior - the rooms are tastefully furnished, it's almost a photo zone. The breakfasts in the cafe opposite are delicious and very satisfying (not a buffet, the waiters bring everything, there is a choice of hot dishes). The hotel has free Wi-Fi. Guests are provided with huge umbrellas. There is no elevator in the building (it is a historical building). The bathroom does not fall off. Russian cards are not accepted for payment, payment in cash. If we return to Gyumri, we will try to stay here again.
