Good and pleasant service, but the result leaves much to be desired. Unjustifiably expensive — both the procedures themselves and the distribution of cosmetics. Paying 300-400 rubles per hour just to have a number of products applied and washed off in turn seems ridiculous. In general, it seems that Nadezhda is more of a marketer than a cosmetologist. Since it is impossible to reply to the cosmetologist's message, I will add here: She attended the specialist's procedures 7 times between October 2024 and June 2025. As part of the work, various care and hardware procedures were carried out: cleansing, acid peels, masks, LED therapy and comprehensive care. Initially, the impression was positive - a comfortable atmosphere and attentive attitude. Therefore, I continued the visits, hoping for a cumulative effect and an improvement in skin condition. However, the expected result did not happen in my case. After some procedures, especially after cleansing, there was a deterioration of the skin condition (rashes), which I reported in the process. Despite continuing the course, there was no improvement. When dealing with the issue of compensation, partial compensation was offered (for 1 visit). At the same time, the refund of the cost of the procedures, after which I noted a deterioration in the skin condition, was not agreed upon, referring to the fact that the services were provided in full, and the result depends on individual factors and the dynamics of skin care. Taking into account the long course of visits and the result obtained, my personal experience turned out to be unsatisfactory. I share my experience so that others can soberly assess the expectations of such procedures and the approach to working with the skin. And that high cost does not mean quality at all.

Especially the fact that there are no neighboring craftsmen nearby and no one interferes, as is usually the case (the craftsmen are talking very loudly behind the wall), and I am one-on-one with a specialist - VIP service. I liked that they didn't impose expensive and aggressive procedures on me, but listened carefully to my wishes and selected a delicate but effective care that suits my skin type. I especially liked the face masks and gentle massage. After several sessions, I noticed that my skin became more hydrated, firmer and radiant. The wrinkles, of course, did not disappear completely (and I did not count on it!), but they became less noticeable. The most important thing is that the skin looks healthier and more rested. I am glad that I found such a competent and attentive cosmetologist.
