I don't want to be negative at all, but there is such a residue left that I would like to share it to correct the shortcomings. I visited a podiatrist and tried to sign up through the website. Intuitively, information about the necessary procedures and their cost is difficult to find there - I searched the entire site. When writing on the website, they require the name of the specialist, which I never found on the podiatrist's tab, so I left a request for a callback. A few days later, I went back to the website and left a request again - no one called back. The calendar in the online record is a separate story (the week in our country starts on Mon, if anything). The specialist did a good job, but all the information after the procedure tends to disappear from the head, because the pain causes the brain to work in a different direction. I expected that at the reception they would give me some kind of sheet from the doctor with recommendations, but they told me that no, they don't give me that. When voicing the amount, no one provided me with an outfit (or something similar) that would indicate why I was paying such money. There is no paper for consent, a contract or something similar. Only the payment receipt with the amount. Perhaps I will return there to some specific excellent specialist on a recommendation. But organizational issues require serious work.
