Today my mother went into the Escafe just to get water, I had my dog with me, and the dog was already outside,standing next to me. Before Mom even set foot through the door, the woman who was working sternly said, "You can't come in here with a dog!” he made an unnecessary exit by saying. It is unacceptable to show an aggressive and disrespectful attitude in this way when there is no access situation, my mother made it up to herself as if she was going to get permission to enter with a dog. Making rules is one thing, approaching a customer in this way with a superior and aggressive attitude is a completely separate disrespect, and it was extremely unnecessary and inconvenient to react so harshly when there was not even a dog next to it. Moreover, the fact that he stood at the door with another employee and watched us from a distance, looked between them and laughed, was completely unprofessional and Deceptive. While many businesses in the Saracoglu Neighborhood showed a more understanding and respectful attitude towards pets, the approach we saw here was extremely cold, repulsive and far from communicating with the customer. In short, it was a seriously uncomfortable experience both in terms of style and approach,even though we live in this neighborhood, it was a business that we would not prefer and definitely would not recommend again because of this approach.
