A great hotel on a quiet street. We lived for 5 days. The main attractions are within walking distance. We went to Mtskheta by taxi. Rustaveli Ave. is a 3-minute walk away. Nearby (to the left at the exit across the street) is a large liquor store. We had a spacious room with a large bed and a sofa. I get killed every day. Tea, sugar, coffee were constantly added. The bathroom had everything you needed. Breakfast (buffet) with a good selection. It is worth noting the friendliness of the girl and the young man in the restaurant at breakfast (they speak Russian and are very responsive). At the reception, not all the young people spoke Russian, but we had enough English to communicate. The only thing was that there was a corkscrew missing in the room. I had to ask at the reception.

A cozy hotel within walking distance from the central street of Tbilisi, Rustaveli Avenue. The rooms are decorated in a minimalist style, but they are spacious enough. The bathroom and toilet are well renovated, clean, absolutely free of the odors that sometimes occur in hotel showers. Reviews often say that apartments in Tbilisi are experiencing difficulties with hot water. In the shower of this hotel, there was always hot water, proper pressure and temperature. The room was quiet. No neighboring rooms, no noise from the street was present. In the morning, the road under the windows is busy, which can create difficulties during the transition, but not critical. Tbilisi drivers let pedestrians through at the required crossings, of course not 100% of the time, but very regularly. Of the cleanliness of the room, I can only mention the carpet on the floor, which is often used in hotels. This carpet attracts dust and small debris like a magnet. I also didn't notice any batteries in the rooms. It may be fresh in winter or electric heaters are being installed. The breakfasts included in the accommodation are sufficient in the range of dishes and taste good. A very cozy cafe with a breakfast menu. Russian Russian is spoken by friendly cafe staff, and the room cleaning staff is friendly and speaks Russian. The reception staff is friendly, it was raining at check-in, and we went for a walk while waiting for check-in - the employee offered umbrellas. But be prepared when checking in and out, they will communicate in English, they will not switch to Russian. In general, I liked the hotel by 97%. The "check-in in English" was a bit annoying, but then everything was fine.

It's generally fine. Breakfasts are weak, monotonous, often tasteless, sometimes half—cooked. The choice is meager, the coffee is delicious. During the 8 nights of our stay at the hotel, we did not get a shower gel. They asked three different administrators, all said that 100% would be tomorrow, but in 8 days they did not bring it. The rooms are frankly poorly cleaned — I'm attaching a photo. It seems that the dust has never been wiped in 8 days, and the garbage has not always been taken out either. But the bed was properly made every day. The room itself is small and cramped, but we were prepared for this, it was evident in the photos. There was only one small window in our room, and there wasn't much light coming from it. The shower is clean, the water pressure is excellent, there are no complaints. Only one administrator knows Russian, the rest only communicate in English. The location of the hotel is excellent. Many places in the center were within walking distance. There is a small 24-hour SPAR store just a stone's throw away. The pharmacy is also nearby. Probably, at the time of booking, the Epigraph hotel was the best option for the price/visual /location ratio, but the service and breakfasts should definitely be improved.
