My daughter's ears and throat hurt. We arrived late in the evening. They got to Zulfiya Sadridinovna Rakhmatova. A very calm, pleasant, affectionate doctor. We quickly determined the diagnosis. We got acquainted with chronic diseases and were prescribed a minimum of medicines. I really liked the physio for the ears and the pneumatic massage. Unfortunately, my experience of contacting the Ermimed medical company left a negative impression. When I arrived at the reception, I noticed that the girls were sitting with a dissatisfied expression on their faces, often distracted by phones and eating right at the workplace. The explanations on the necessary procedures were vague and incomplete. I needed to have an ultrasound of the urinary system, and the cost was 11,000 tenge due to the fact that everything was counted separately.The CT scan of the abdomen cost 16,000 tenge (in another organization), which, in my opinion, is much more profitable. It seems that prices were set in their interests, not for the convenience of patients!
