I visited the Emerald Hotel's spa for a month (I bought a subscription)- March - April 2026. She's upset. That's how things have changed. There are no rules for visiting the pool. Smelly bodies enter the water without going to the shower (no one cares about swimming pool visits here). I used to wrap my long hair around my arms every day when I was swimming in the pool. There is no such thing as putting on a bathing cap and putting your hair under it. I would like to ask the administration: what does the staff who maintains the spa center do? Serious young people spend the whole day staring at their phones. Running children (although there are ads that you can not jump)- this is the norm. And no comments from the staff. After two days of "promotion" (Monday and Tuesday, when the cost of the visit was 7 euros), that is, on Wednesday it smelled like urine. Although there are quite a lot of toilets around. But the people didn't bother themselves. Jump into the pool from the sauna (without taking a shower)- this is also the norm. There is one more rule. Children under 3 years old are not allowed to use the pool. They also turned a blind eye to this. I would like to contact the administration!!! Are you going to have any kind of order? Maybe people came to the pool for the first time? And they don't know how to behave? So write an ad! Visit the swimming pool in a hat! Mandatory showering! And so on… Create comfort for visitors. And pay attention to the staff who don't want to work at all! I hope that everything will change in the future. The administration will pay attention to my review and fixed the situation for the better.

A very tired hotel. Old furniture, smelly carpets. The room cleaning is very poor, the bed linen is stained. It does not pull at 5 stars in any way. And it was a good idea!
