How so, you knew that I write to you every day and I'm waiting for your answer. Secondly, well, my husband and I chose 1 of these 3 options for ourselves, it was Friday. Tishkevich said call the accounting department and book these eggs by phone, and on Monday morning you eat and pay for them. But unfortunately, the accounting department was no longer working on Friday and we were told not to worry, come to the clinic on Monday morning and book. My husband and I arrived at the clinic at 8:30, at 9:00 we went to the accounting department, we said that we wanted to book a room, to which we received a response, they were sorted out on Friday. When we asked when the next batteries would be available, we were told maybe in 3-4 months. how's that??? We've already spent a whole year planting our clinic for NOTHING. As a result, we took our documents from this clinic and went to another clinic. I do not recommend this clinic, and I also do not recommend Oleg Leonidovich Tishkevich as a doctor. Especially for visitors) Our visit to the center for the initial consultation with the doctor Salazhkova Alina Andreevna took place on 23.10.23. Ours - because she came with her husband, as recommended. On the eve of arrival, I specified the time of reception (it was answered that the initial reception is usually 40-60 minutes), looked at the recommended list of tests and the date of the visit on the website (in accordance with the cycle), and also wrote to Alina Andreevna regarding the tests. Because I wanted to come right away with the necessary package of examinations. Also, she clarified directly on the website regarding the need to hand over a spermagram to her husband before arrival, where they replied that it was not necessary. I was looking forward to the reception with great impatience, as Alina Andreevna was highly recommended. And now the long-awaited day has come. The recording was at 14.00. We came in advance. They took shape and we were offered to wait. And then 14.00 came, then 14.10, 14.20 ... we are not called anywhere, we are still waiting, none of the administrators comes up, does not talk about the reason for the delay in reception. In a free clinic, this would be familiar, but at a paid consultation it looked as strange as possible. Nevertheless, not wanting to spoil the mood before the reception, we decided to wait. As a result, we waited an hour. At the same time, when the doctor came, she took the patient who was in front of us. I repeat, during all this time, NONE of the administrators deigned to come up and apologize for such a long delay. Finally, we were invited to the office. The doctor apologized for the delay and asked me to briefly tell you what they came with. What immediately confused me was that from the very beginning and throughout the short-term appointment, the doctor was distracted by smart watches. Let me remind you, the day before I was informed in Viber that the consultation lasts 40-60 minutes. Actually, that's why I had such a state of shock at that moment, which did not allow me to be outraged on the spot. I just didn't expect the expectation-reality to diverge so much. Instead of a full-fledged anamnesis collection, my husband and I were asked several questions, the tests were briefly reviewed and ... it was immediately stated that the only salvation is IVF, so we were handed a sheet with a list of what we need to go through in order to join this program as soon as possible. There was no clarification of how the first pregnancy proceeded, why there was a caesarean, how soon it came, etc. It can be sooo long to list a list of those questions that logically should have been asked, but they did not sound. There was no examination in the chair, there was no ultrasound. Finally... the consultation, which was completely empty in terms of content, lasted about 10-15 minutes. 2.5 hours of one-way travel, an hour to the clinic, an hour of waiting, for 15 minutes about nothing, because I have long known everything voiced from free sources. And for several more weeks I was recovering from the realization of wasted time and money. I am very sorry that my state of shock did not allow me to express my dissatisfaction and write an opinion about the reception in the book of complaints and suggestions on the spot. Do I recommend this clinic and a doctor? Based on the experience of a personal visit, I do NOT recommend it.

(Gynecologist) for an amateur. I don't have any questions about him in general, but the staff is something. I came to the clinic once and waited 30 minutes for an appointment (I had an appointment on a certain day of the cycle! And that was important). She didn't wait any longer and left. The doctor was late for surgery. I took it calmly, everyone has such unforeseen situations. The recording was postponed. I came to a repeat appointment, paid 32byn (the third time for the same appointment and with less services, I paid more than 100byn) A couple of weeks later, I wanted to clarify exactly what procedure I had done, and for 40 minutes I clarified the relationship with the administrator. And to my question, which I asked 10 times (what procedure was done to me), they answered: "we can briefly describe the procedures, I can reset the test results for you." And after my dissatisfaction, they simply told me: "if you are interested in the details, make an appointment for a doctor's consultation." That is, I also have to pay money to be told the name of the specific procedure that I underwent. 🤷🏼♀️ The third time I arrived, they didn't communicate with me ethically, to put it mildly) not to mention corny about "please", but they just told me to move away from the reception) I do not recommend the clinic. It felt like they were just begging for money. Because when I asked why the price was more than 100byn for a repeat consultation, if last time I paid ~30byn for the same appointment, they silently printed out a leaflet with services and gave it to me and silently put it on the table . It's even about money, but it's trite about dealing with clients. I've never been picky about the staff, but here I'm not afraid to say that the staff has broken the bottom.

I did not do an ultrasound, nor was it said that I would try to freeze the oocytes. I sent her to deal with a 1.5 cm cyst. The doctor probably does not know that after surgery and with endometriosis, the number of eggs decreases. Or he does it on purpose so that they come for more expensive IVF with donor oocytes. I had an AMG test (the presence of potential eggs in the body) and an OMT ultrasound. We came with my husband to consult on how to plan a pregnancy in the future, what are the chances of getting pregnant, given the upcoming operation. The doctor was rude. He talked down to himself and allowed himself phrases like "You're an adult woman, turn on your head." This is a literal answer to my question about whether there is anything wrong with the fact that my AMH is not at the highest level for my age. He gave me an OMT ultrasound, although I brought the same with me. After that, he said that the cyst was large and needed to be operated on, he confirms this (the operation has ALREADY been scheduled and he did not tell us anything new during the entire consultation). There were no recommendations, and there was no talk of possible egg freezing. Oh, yes, the only news he said was, "you may have to have your entire ovary removed during surgery, it will be decided by the doctors on the spot." I hadn't heard about it from the doctors before, it was just about removing the cyst and preserving the ovarian tissue. Of course, I was surprised and scared, to which his response was: "Well, what did you think?" The most "valuable" thing we heard from the doctor was "Come after the operation, here's a list of tests that you need to take, but it would be better if you got pregnant naturally yourself." A curtain. The circus continued at the moment of payment. When recording, it was said that the consultation costs 99 rubles. When paying, the amount was 114 rubles. I asked why that was. Here is our sample dialogue. - well, you had an ultrasound. - But I was not warned that this is a plus to the cost of the consultation. I thought it was coming in. - And who should warn you? - Probably the doctor, when he decided to do the ultrasound again, although I brought it with me. At this time, an employee of the center (possibly another administrator) passes by, laughs and rolls his eyes. - it's only 14 rubles. We have never had such situations, everyone pays in silence and that's it. - So what should we do? After all, I didn't have the opportunity to opt out of the add-on.the service, it was not announced to me that it is not included in the price of the consultation. I have 100 rubles with me. - Did they give you an ultrasound on your hands? Give it to me. I hand over the ultrasound, after which she tears it into pieces in front of my eyes and throws it into the trash. Embryo, I am shocked by everything that has happened.
