They need to work on the service. 1. The Humo card terminal is not working in the warehouse where the services are provided. And the cashier was deeply purple that the customer was waiting, so he had to run to another office to pay. I've never seen such an arrogant attitude anywhere. 2. In the showroom itself, managers are sitting with their faces buried in phones or monitors, and they can't see what a client (including a potential one) is looking for. Although I made a decent order from them. 3. It is absolutely not thought out where and how customers should wait...while the service is being provided. They're certainly better than the bazaar, but they're as far away from Leroy Merlin as they are from Mars.
