I bought goods, one of which turned out to be from a third-party seller, toothpaste for 15 rubles, could not pick it up without a passport, I understand that this is considered a parcel, but it is very inconvenient, especially since the order is not prepaid and I would have paid for it on the spot. What other options are there to pick up the order? If there are none, then it may be possible to at least introduce some kind of limit up to which your employees will not require a document for verification, this is ridiculous and non-customer-oriented.

It's something new to go to the pick-up point with a passport. Small 2 bags of dog treats (90 grams each bag) are packed in a huge box that cannot be left there. In short, it's a disgrace, I'm not going here anymore.
