Good afternoon! I would like to share the pleasant experience of visiting a beauty salon. I've had a pedicure twice, and I'll be coming back again. Very pleasant service, coffee/tea/water is always offered. I take a cappuccino and it's delicious! Although I am usually skeptical about such drinks in such establishments) The pedicure is beautiful and smooth. The procedure is performed efficiently. I also want to note that the process ends on time, without delay. The last time I was in a hurry, and we finished at 19:30 (the beginning was at 18:30). In general, I sincerely recommend visiting the salon :)🌷

The interior is generally good. The staff is friendly and courteous. BUT the quality of the service received leaves much to be desired. Yesterday I did a combined manicure without coating. The task was only to treat the cuticle and file the nails. The work was completed quickly, within the stated time. The first thing that confused me was that after they didn't apply anything to the cuticle itself, neither oil nor serum, they applied a drop of cream to the skin of their hands - well, OK, maybe you have this technology. After receiving the service, I didn't have time to consider it, I was in a hurry to get to work. Processed and well. I reviewed the work this morning, the nails are filed in different ways, some of the ends are rounded (that was the request), some of the corners are left. Several fingers have cuts. The cuticle is "gnawed" in places, burrs stick out, in places it is not cut off. I think that the cost of such a service is very, very high, 60 rubles is a lot for such quality. When coming to a salon where a hygienic manicure is two or three times more expensive than a regular hairdressing salon, I would like to receive not only pleasant service and polite people, but, first of all, high-quality service.

The salon itself is very beautiful, stylish, without visual noise, it is clear that they approached the repair and furniture wisely and planned the cabinets in advance to remove varnishes, etc. Also, the salon is very clean, it's winter and there was a lot of snow around and it was already awkward for me to walk on a clean carpet with dirty shoes) The service is not intrusive (which is a huge plus), they offered coffee/tea/ water. I chose coffee and it was brought in a very nice cup, with a separate sugar and candy. First time getting a haircut and coloring. I was unhappy with the coloring, but the haircut was more important to me, it was very good, so I wrote off the moment that the master did not offer me to choose a color from the palette, discussed it verbally and she chose the shade to her taste, which seemed strange, because in other salons I was always offered to make a choice. independently. As a result, the paint took on badly (by the previous shade), it burned very badly (by 8 out of 10) and in the end I was just stunned by the price, but I didn't say anything because I knew I was going to a salon, not a hairdresser. They insisted on coloring BEFORE the haircut, when the hair was almost 2 times longer than after the haircut, I think it was a kind of move to increase the price. The second time, I decided to sign up only for a haircut. I really liked how the master cut my hair for the first time and I was sure that I would be satisfied now. I showed the master a photo of what I would like, explained what I would like to imsenit. We agreed not to cut it too short so that the result would be more feminine (I wanted a haircut on the leg + a little shave on the sides under the hair). I completely trusted the master, hoping that we understood each other. When she shaved the back of her head, she told me not to worry, she didn't cut her hair too short. I was sitting exactly facing the mirror, so I had no idea what was going on there, but we agreed, didn't I show the photo? The moment I turned my head around for the first time, the first question that popped into my head was "where... Hair?". The back of my head is completely shaved, short, not at all the way I wanted, not the way it was in the photo. The hair is sharply long in front, an ear sticks out behind this hair curtain and a short-shaven head begins, it's NOT feminine at all! Already at home, I realized how much I dislike the result, but there's nothing I can do about it. I think you should have asked me about the length in the process, looked at the photo again before changing your hairstyle so radically. I won't say that the haircut was done badly, but I can't see my reflection and I pray that my hair grows back as soon as possible. I don't write reviews, especially bad ones, but after spending so much money in a place where I expected to receive exactly the service I was hoping for and be SATISFIED, I realize that I won't come to you anymore.

I had a procedure with masks (most likely, cold recovery) and tinting. of course, the girl tried, but unfortunately, I still have singed hair. I had to cut off almost 10 cm and attend several restoration procedures (already in other salons). now the hair is old and needs to be re-dyed, but it is still severely damaged and it cannot be done so as not to completely ruin the hair . Firstly, I was disappointed that a discount was not provided for a set of procedures in one visit, and two full-fledged procedures were counted for me. At the same time, some of the stages, such as preparation, cleansing and aftercare, are carried out only once, and not as if I performed two procedures separately. And naturally, such a complex takes less time (about 1.5 hours, which I booked instead of 2 hours). Secondly, I ordered a retinol product through a cosmetologist (from the brand she advertised) and expected to receive a serum with a pipette, as I was told. However, in fact, I took the emulsion in the bottle. It doesn't matter to me, but it seems that selling for the sake of selling (you need to sell, but they don't really focus on the product). I also want to draw attention to the atmosphere in the office. As a client, it would be more pleasant for me to receive services in a more cozy, relaxing environment, with background music in the office. In fact, in the cosmetologist's office, music from the main hall (which, moreover, could be turned off) or conversations between administrators and craftsmen behind the wall could be heard a little. I have no complaints directly about the work of a cosmetologist.

When I arrived at the salon the next day, my master was no longer there, I was offered a completely different one, which I also need to wait for. Of course, I refused.My master didn't want to wait for me for an hour. Well, I'm sorry, if the master thinks that his time is expensive, then believe me, mine is not a little. I didn't expect such disrespect at all. I tell the receptionist, I could at least call, ask, and I would decide whether to go or not. But to do so! With such an attitude towards the client, from the side of the masters, from the side of the administrators, the clients will not delay for a long time. The salon is empty, I came at different times and days. You can buy as much expensive equipment and materials as you like, but the attitude of the salon to the client, how they position themselves, and not an ordinary barbershop, is very relevant. You can write a lot about the work of the administrator, who never picks up the phone, and about tea and coffee, which I was treated to once in 1.5 years and for another, but I will not. Of course, I didn't set foot here. Nowadays, and especially in Minsk, there are enough salons where you can go and understand what you are paying for.
