I had a terrible experience at this salon. I was made to wait for half an hour with no explanation or apology. When I finally got served, the result was nothing like what I asked for. The staff were dismissive and barely paid attention to what I was saying. Overall, the service was unprofessional and very disappointing. I definitely won’t be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.

At first they told me that the therapy would cost 30,000, but in the end they demanded 45,000, and nothing was done with my hair, after a month and a half my hair became the same curly!! People, don't be fooled by their Instagram posts.
