Family guest house. Very pleasant and attentive hosts, always ready to help, prompt. Clean and cozy rooms with air conditioning, shower, everything you need. Delicious breakfasts, home cooking. There is a shared cozy and beautiful kitchen-dining room.

Positive: - Excellent location, Registan Square is a 5-minute walk away; - There was stable hot water in the bathroom; - Registration documents were issued on time upon departure; - We were allowed to leave our belongings at the hotel before arrival in the morning (and we checked in in the afternoon). Minuses: - Payment is charged exclusively in cash. Bank cards are not accepted for payment. A receipt is not issued for cash payments. - On the first day, the hostess said that breakfast was at 8 a.m. We came the next day for breakfast at 8.20, and breakfast was not ready yet, the hostess explained that the other guests had asked to make breakfast later. Then why did we have to say that breakfast was at eight? And since it's later, couldn't we have been warned about it? As a result, breakfast was ready at 8.40. On the first day, all three of them were given half an orange for breakfast (i.e., one whole three-tenths of an orange slice for each), a slice of butter (as for one, apparently, it is implied that the other 2 people do not like butter). Next, everyone was personally given: 1 for some reason already peeled boiled egg, 1 slice of sausage cheese, 1 slice of sausage, a small bowl with rice porridge on milk (there was literally one spoonful of rice in it at the bottom) and a small squash fritters, and a couple of slices of tomato. As well as black tea or coffee to choose from. While you're eating breakfast, the hostess and another woman are standing behind you, cooking on the stove, washing dishes, talking to each other. In all the hotels and guest houses I've been to before, the kitchen (i.e., the cooking room) and the dining room were separate rooms, and it was good. This is one room here. - The hostess forbids drinking tea (not to mention eating) in the room. There is no kettle in the room. There is a cooler downstairs in the kitchen, from which you can pour 2 cups of hot water at a time, but no more. That is, if you are no longer two, but three, then one of you will not get hot water. Or half a cup each. - Towels, initially assumed to be white, have a gray color and spots. - The toilet was dirty on arrival. - The bed linen was not ironed at check-in. - There's a terrible smell in the toilet. This is slightly, but not completely, improved by turning on ventilation in the bathroom. - As soon as we checked in, I touched the battery, it was cold. I asked the hostess why the battery was cold, she said that the heating was turned on at 6 p.m. and turned off at 9 a.m. Nevertheless, the heating was turned on almost immediately. - High audibility. It seems that the walls are made of cardboard. - Lack of customer orientation. On the second day, the hostess, having heard at breakfast that we were unhappy with something, suggested that we cancel the reservation instead of trying to resolve the issues that arose. Is it okay that we have already paid for 2 days, and obviously no one was going to refund the money for the 2nd day? I do not recommend the hotel.

Very helpful staff, young couples manage the guest house. The breakfasts are delicious at home, the room is very clean, the location is very nice, warm and cozy in winter. It's like you're visiting your relative.
