Unfortunately, I had very unpleasant impressions of the service. Yesterday we came to try on glasses about 20 minutes before closing time. When we were asked to show another model, we were informed that there were only a few minutes left before closing. In the end, they gave us the glasses to try on, and we managed to make a choice. It was about buying glasses worth about 1,000 Belarusian rubles. We returned today with the intention of purchasing the selected model. We also wanted to see other options. However, the consultant was busy with a work phone call. When we asked to try on our glasses, we were motioned to wait. We waited for about 10 minutes, but we didn't get any attention from the employee. As a result, they had to leave because they had to go to work. It's a pity, because we were determined to buy, but after such an attitude, the desire to purchase anything in this store disappeared. For a store selling products of this price segment, the level of service should be significantly higher.
